The 5-Days Diet program, DAY 5

DAY 5, Diet menu


Breakfast
  • Oatmeal (1/4 cawan oats) + non fat milk + honey
Mid morning (jam 10 pagi)
  • yogurt  (150gm-168gm)
Lunch
  • Smoked salmon (100gm), 1 tsp sour cream, 1/2 avocado dihiris dan dihidangkan bersama mixed green salad, perah sedikit lemon diatasnya
Mid-afternoon
  • 1 small cup coffee with non fat milk
Dinner
  • Cheese omelette ( mengandungi karot, bayam dan biji jagung manis)

Dessert
  • 3 hiris nenas
Mid night (hanya jika anda terasa lapar)
  • 1 biji epal atau apa2 jenis buah atau 6 biji almond
  • small cup warn non fat milk + sedikit honey (jika suka)
Pastikan anda mengambil 8 gelas air kosong secukupnya untuk sehari
