The 5-Days Diet program, DAY 4

DAY 4, Diet menu


Breakfast
  • Oatmeal (1/4 cawan oats) + non fat milk + honey
  • Atau, omelette masukkan 1 tbsp cottage cheese
Mid morning (jam 10 pagi)
  • yogurt  (150gm-168gm)
  • atau, 1 cawan kopi + non fat milk @ 1 tsp gula
Lunch
  • Ceaser salad
Mid-afternoon
  • 1 small cup coffee with non fat milk
Dinner
  • Daging goreng(100gm)
  • 1/2 cup nasi putih
  • Sayur-sayuran
Dessert
  • Fiber-rich fruit salad (separuh starwbery, 1 hiris peach, 6 biji anggur dan 1/2 epal dihidangkan bersama 1 tsp sour cream
Mid night (hanya jika anda terasa lapar)
  • 1 biji epal atau apa2 jenis buah
  • small cup warn non fat milk + sedikit honey (jika suka)
Pastikan anda mengambil 8 gelas air kosong secukupnya untuk sehari
