Breakfast
- Oatmeal (1/4 cawan oats) + non fat milk + honey
- Atau, 2 scrambled or poached egg
- 1 gelas susu non fat + honey
- atau, 1 cawan kopi + non fat milk @ 1 tsp gula
- 1 ketul salmon (yg dibakar pd day 1)
- With, Mixed green salad, tomatoes, parutan carot, sedikit mayonise/perahan lemon dgn minyak zaitun.
- Yogurt (168gm)
- atau, 1 cwn kecil kopi + 1 tsp gula @ susu rendah lemak
- Dada ayam tanpa kulit, dipanggang @ dibakar (masak 2 ketul, 1 untuk esok)
- With, 1 ketul kentang dibakar (100gm) + 1 tspsour cream
- Grapes with sour cream and brown sugar
- 1 biji epal atau apa2 jenis buah
