DAY 3, Diet menu
Breakfast
- Oatmeal (1/4 cawan oats) + non fat milk + honey
- Atau, rice krispies, no sugar, teacup non fat milk
- yogurt (150gm-168gm)
- atau, 1 cawan kopi + non fat milk @ 1 tsp gula
- Herb omelette salad
- Atau, dada ayam bakar bersama 2 tsp sour cream, dihidang bersama green salad
- 1 gelas non fat milk
- salmon panggang bersama almond dan madu
- kentang lenyek (150gm) - dilenyek bersama non fat milk jangan bubuh butter
- 6 biji plums
- 1 biji epal atau apa2 jenis buah
