Breakfast
- Oatmeal (1/4 cawan oats) + non fat milk + honey
- Atau, omelette masukkan 1 tbsp cottage cheese
- yogurt (150gm-168gm)
- atau, 1 cawan kopi + non fat milk @ 1 tsp gula
- Ceaser salad
- 1 small cup coffee with non fat milk
- Daging goreng(100gm)
- 1/2 cup nasi putih
- Sayur-sayuran
- Fiber-rich fruit salad (separuh starwbery, 1 hiris peach, 6 biji anggur dan 1/2 epal dihidangkan bersama 1 tsp sour cream
- 1 biji epal atau apa2 jenis buah
- small cup warn non fat milk + sedikit honey (jika suka)
