Breakfast
- Oatmeal (1/4 cawan oats) + non fat milk + honey
- yogurt (150gm-168gm)
- Smoked salmon (100gm), 1 tsp sour cream, 1/2 avocado dihiris dan dihidangkan bersama mixed green salad, perah sedikit lemon diatasnya
- 1 small cup coffee with non fat milk
- Cheese omelette ( mengandungi karot, bayam dan biji jagung manis)
Dessert
- 3 hiris nenas
- 1 biji epal atau apa2 jenis buah atau 6 biji almond
- small cup warn non fat milk + sedikit honey (jika suka)
